Coronavirus update

Temporary closures of GORCC caravan parks

As directed by the Chief Health Officer on Wednesday 25 March, our Torquay Foreshore, Anglesea Family and Lorne Foreshore Caravan Parks will be temporarily closed from 11.59pm (local time) 25 March 2020.

These actions follow further restrictions on domestic and international travel, with all non-essential travel banned.

No further bookings will be taken at any of our caravan parks, and all existing bookings up until 31 August 2020 will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Our caravan park teams are in the process of advising current guests that they are required to leave the park. We understand that this is inconvenient and frustrating for our guests, but we ask for patience and to work with our team as we enact these changes.

We will be contacting people who have upcoming bookings to arrange full refunds and will also be notifying Twelve Month Permit holders separately.

We will keep our caravan parks closed until we receive further government advice.

We will not be available to take individual calls or respond to Facebook messages during this time, so if you need to get in touch, please email us at the following address and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can: torquay@gorcc.com.au

Thank you for your ongoing support and patience during these uncertain times.
