Meet the new team
The Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park is managed and operated by the Great Ocean Road Coast Committee.
The Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park is managed by the Great Ocean Road Coast Committee. The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee is a State Government body responsible for protecting, enhancing, and developing coastal Crown land from Point Impossible to Cumberland River. All funds raised through our commercial endeavours are reinvested back into the coast.
The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC) is a skill-based Board appointed by the Victorian Government under the Crown Land Reserves Act, to manage coastal Crown Land between Point Impossible and Cumberland River; including the Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park, Anglesea Family Caravan Park and the Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park.
The Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park is the only beachfront caravan park in Torquay. Situated at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road and backing onto the picturesque Torquay Surf Beach, the Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park is the perfect spot for your next holiday, a weekend away or an overnight camp.
We have a range of accommodation available with plenty of family-friendly camp sites and onsite cabin accommodation to suit all budgets.
The Bell Street cafes, restaurants and shops are just out the front of the park, and the Torquay town centre is within easy walking distance. You’re also a stone’s throw from the scenic Surf Coast Walk, a stunning 44.2km coastal walk between Point Impossible and Anglesea.
By staying with us at a Great Ocean Road Coast Caravan Park, all your camping fees are directly reinvested back into the surrounding coastal reserves, caravan parks and community.
If you require anything during your stay, your hosts, Park Managers Bruce and Terrie will be pleased to help with any queries or requests you may have.
